Position: Remote Sales And Marketing Specialist


Job Type: Part-time/Full-time




We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in sales while working from the comfort of their own home.


Responsibilities:


1. Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.


2. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer questions, provide information about products/services, and address any concerns.


3. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports.


4. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct and customers are updated on the status of their orders.


5. CRM Management: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales activities, update customer records, and generate reports as needed.


6. Sales Support Materials: Assist in the creation and distribution of sales support materials such as presentations, brochures, and product catalogs.


7. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.


8. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and potential sales opportunities to support the sales team's efforts.


9. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing meeting agendas.


Requirements:


- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with CRM software preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business administration is a plus
